As you can see, all your attachments are still here (preserved for prosperity  :D ;D ;D ) and I have saved all of them onto my hard drive. I suppose I should save them all to a disk.

I have some of the pics on Photobucket of Carlos and Howard...Apparently Photobucket is down for maintenance until 3 a.m. (Pacific time), but I assume they will return as links in this thread once the website is up and running again.



BTW, if your new computer is running either Windows XP or Vista, you can go into any EXE command and make the program compatible going back to Windows 95. (I learned that the hard way when I got my new computer a few months ago).

Oh cool!  I will have to see if I have my old paintshop pro 5 on CD somewhere... although this new software does pretty much the same stuff the other did.  Just works a wee bit differently.

Now all I gotta do is come up with ideas for new photos.  :D

Nah I won't stop doing them anytime soon. It's therapeutic for me.  I enjoy doing my "art", it's a creative outlet that relatively safe for me to do.  To make my own painting/sculpture, I'm way too nervous to do an "original" artwork.
Unless you guys tell me you've had enough of my editing or if I've overstepped my boundaries with being offensive or tasteless (which I try very hard not to do.)

I believe the former is aimed more at the 'end user' ....... whereas CS3 (which I use) is aimed at professionals ........ and very, very deep in it's concepts / controls, menus,  etc; :)  :(

Yeah I don't use photoshop either, I use an old program called Paint Shop Pro, but since most everyone has heard of the term photoshop, I thought it best to use that term in the title of this thread.  Really, you are coming along just fine.  Practice makes perfect.  I went back and looked at some of the ones I did when I was just starting out, and while they got across the message I tried to convey, they really aren't up to the standards that I've put for myself now.
