Yeah, so why is that? Why do return day after day, even if there's that high possibility of not even getting a single response to what we wrote the day prior. Is it because we're like a support group of sorts? or, do we enjoy just talking of the minute details of our lives to people who seem to think the same way as you and I?

I know several of the longtime members and we use the board as a means to keep in touch.  That's a good enough reason for me :)

Originally I came here when I was looking for lyrics quizzes to play.  Now I make my own quizzes and post them here.  I get so much enjoyment out of reading threads that have to do with music.  I've made some wonderful friends here (you know who you are) who like a lot of the same things I do, and it's such a delight to be able to come back and talk to them day after day.  :)

My current reasons:

1. It's very broad-topics. We can discuss anything.
2. I've been around so long, it seems weird to leave now.

It's just that this place used to be more fun.. a lot of the older users have left or stopped posting so much, so fun threads don't come by as often. This place is fun, but you have to admit, the monotony of just answering whatever question the thread asks and being done with it gets very old. I miss the in-depth arguments and discussions we used to have, instead of "What does poop taste like?" and "What Member Are You Closest In Age To?".. we used to have tons of threads every bit as funny as the "Monday Night and I'm Alone" thread or stuff like that.. but it's lacking nowadays

To kill time, that's one of my main reasons.
