We have a good cushion above White Sox Interactive, but they seem to be doing better than us.

Mostly due to the fact that the Chicago White Sox have been involved in the Baseball playoffs, but they have been beaten by the Tampa Bay Rays, who are moving on to the next round. So maybe there won't be quite as much traffic there in the coming weeks.

It was back in 2005 we saw the last 2000+ posts for the day.

Yes, those were the days when we got lots of posting activity each day, from the likes of kettlequeen and others. Then sometime in 2006/07, it seems to have dissipated. But that hasn't stopped us from getting higher on the Big Boards leaderboard!

All you gotta do is click on the "Big Boards" number at the bottom right corner (which, suprisingly, has not been updated yet), and you'll see part of the Big Boards leaderboard that contains the position where we are. All you gotta do is copy that info, and paste it into the post.

The reason I think it's odd that they'd be stationary is that the NFL (pro football) season is happening right now, so there should be some traffic on there. They had an intra-day gain of over 3,000 posts....which certainly pulled them closer to us. In our forum history, I think the biggest one-day post gain was in the 2,000 range.
