I had a bunch of enthusiastic clapping. Also, this English couple, slightly older than me, who'd never heard me perform ... both remarked they were very impressed. Reckoned I was one of the best 4 singers of the night ... there must've been 50 different singers, I'd guess.

Hmm, now that I think of it ... I think somebody mentioned $50 for the best singer... although I'd consumed so much ... don't recall if that was the case/ a winner. No question though, there were a few excellent singers there, who I'd have to confess were better than me / virtual professionals.

I absolutely HATE losing my cool. Most of the time .. I'm a laid back fun / nice guy ... but I'm probably a bit more volatile than generally comes across on these boards ... and once I lose it ... it takes hours and hours for me to 'get over it' ... which is not too enjoyable ...

Yes, you're right there. If 'you know who' wanted to expose me as a 'fraud' in some sense ... show me to not always be the laughing nice clown .. well, he has succeeded spectacularly. I'd be foolish to think that EVERYBODY on this board likes me ... or doesn't perceive me as some kind of threat to them / their ego. I believe we ALL have an 'ego' ..
Nevertheless .. having said all that ^ .. I can't let ANYBODY just walk all over me like that / treat me like sh!t .. when I wouldn't DREAM of doing that to them .. whether I like them, or not ........
RESPECT! is that a dirty word? Anyhow, I know I'm making a mountain out of a molehill here ... and we should all move on ... eventually ... stilll .. it is the principle.
yes, moving right along.... ::)

Hey ... when ever you get back .... let me just announce ...... there's a 'new kid in town'. Or should I say 'kiddess' ? Her name is 'ninny' .... and 'wow' ! .... can she 'postwhore' !
Philip's crown looks to be in danger re average posts per day. What a scorching pace tonight ! Here's the current figures:
Philip Eno: 111.967 per day)
'ninny': 111.667 per day) ... and climbing RAPIDLY !
Well, yes, it may be early days ... but .. wow! She looks like she's up for the race !
