it's just a silly thing that tracks messageboards based on the number of posts they have.  This month is actually more active as far as new messages go, so that just means the other boards are even more active than this one.

I mostly signed up because there are boards smaller than this one listed, and I felt that was just wrong >grin<

From the Big Boards, even though we have lost some posts, inthe00s has gone up on place.

We can't compare to most of those other boards.  They have like a thousand active members all online at the same time posting over 200 posts each per day  :o

I think I discussed that board somewhere else... basically it's this really, REALLY stupid site, where people are rewarded with little accesories for their posting avatars based on their post counts.  So people post the most inane crap they can, in order to rack up "points".  The avatars are ugly, and the quality of the messages is that of a bunch of 5 years olds talking to themselves.

We have conquered Mac Addict, now is Toyota Nation with some work to do, being 2000 odd behind.

This place is fairly busy, but it's nothing compared to the activity in this forum I used to hang out at called Offtopic.  There most active forum(Offtopic, go figure lol) averages probably 10 or 15 posts a MINUTE during it's typical busy times.

Sons of Sam Horn.  It's a website/forum devoted to all things Boston Red Sox and as a Yankee fan......that's not so good.  I'm a member of a very popular Yankees forum, and there's a forum in the private section of SoSH devoted to making fun of our forum and the people who are members there.  It represents all that's bad and stereotypical about Red Sox fans; they say some very derogatory and disgusting things about our players.....stuff about people being gay, having AIDS.....our relief pitcher, Mariano Rivera, had 2 of his relatives electrocuted in a pool accident and posters at SoSH were making fun of him for that. 

Bad, bad, BAD place.

Very unlikely that there will be a sweep first series of the year. No biggee if you'd rather not, because I like my avatar and don't wanna change it for awhile, so forget that bet I offered. I am sorry to hear such low and demeaning behavior from the SoSH site. sounds quite cruel and I can't get into that even if I don't like Rivera, there's still a line of common decency for anyone that shouldn't be crossed.
