A Christmas gift for my mom.  I had to fight the crowds at Wal-Mart to get it  :\'(

I bought various Christmas gifts, including my mom, too, Whistledog. I had to fight the crowds at our mall, the biggest one in the area. I finally had to sit down for a rest because shopping with heels on isn't the smartest idea and my feet were aching! I had fun people watching. There are so many different people in the world and so many different couples to look at. It's just interesting to see how people act and walk and talk, lol. So, after that I rejuvenated and attempted another go at it until I broke down and just walked back to my car.

During the christmas season, I often sit in the mall and watch the people go by.  Usually, I see alot of disgruntled people who don't like Christmas crowds ... you can tell by the look on their face that they can't wait until Christmas is over with  ;D

Whilst I was at Zellers this evening, I was browsing the christmas ornament section, and saw this little tiny Felt Snowman ornament.  Alot of the ornaments there were either broken, mishandled or already bought, thus he was the only one left.  He looked so sad all by his lonesome, so I bought him and he is now hanging on my tree  :)

I actually haven't purchased anything since Tuesday at Magic Mountain. The only thing I "bought" there was a chance to play a Skee-ball game. They charge you one dollar to roll six wooden balls up the lane to the holes to score points, and it has to be a one-dollar coin.

Yesterday I bought Wings live in concert (the famous philly show) someone put on a dvd for me- I still had to pay for the disc

$40 for chinese aint bad if you get a lot, now if you were at P F Changs, you got some chow fun and thats it. gimme some salt & pepper fish, steamed rice, black mushroom chicken and I'll pay 40bucks no problem.

You must be so healthy eating all those veggie dishes. I get my chinese at 2 places in San Ramon, China Villa & Orient Express, each has it's own specialties that I gotta have now and then. There was a parolee just caught recently by police that was robbing women in that area of berkeley/oak. They need to lock him up for a little longer this time. I bought salt & pepper chicken last Friday as my last meal at work for 2005. not any veggies in that one.

The Beatles CD - Hard Days Night (for $2.00) - I get it home and find out that not only does it have the Hard Days Night CD, but also Rubber Soul CD under the other CD, so I scored big on this one.  Yay me!

Got a dress and 2 shirts for $7.  Hubby got books.

I'm kinda finding it that I miss my grilled cheeses made "mom style" from time to time. I often make my own with the Krafy "deli" style American cheese, which is a little thicker, but then it never quite melts the same way. Mmm, I LOVE tomato soup with that kind of thing.
