There is this local guy from the Pittsburgh, Pa. area...his name is Rick Sebak....he does loads of documentaries about "forgotten things"....and also things on neat stuff like, "roadside America", "amusement parks", "famous hot dog and ice cream places around the US"....etc...I have a few of his tapes..they are excellent!

That's exactly the kind of stuff I'm interested in. Old roadside Motels, cheesy old roadside attractions, etc. Those tapes sound really cool.  8)

Depends. The three televisions at the work cafeteria were tuned into different channels, so I was watching either Today, Fox News or the 700 Club.

The end of a more recent episode of "Lingo" on GSN. They have a different female co-host on there now (I think her name is Shandy), who I think is a LOT less annoying than Stacey "Bimbo" Hays. I don't know when she took over, but I hadn't been watching the show very much during the past year because of the dumb contestants.

As I went away from the puter briefly to check on the baseball games, I also saw the end of the 145th episode of "Full House." It's when the girls go back to camp to return a rabbit which Michelle snuck home. I saw the last segment, where Joey accidentally sat on a tray of marshmallows, and Comet the dog started licking his rear!! :D Joey ran upstairs while the dog was chasing him, and told the rest of the gang, "I'm not having a good day!"; at this time, it faded out.

Each time he gave a wrong answer and someone agreed, or he gave a correct answer and someone disagreed, he'd shout, "You fool!" Finally someone won after seven tries. This was shown later on the "Most Outrageous Game Show Moments.") ;D

I either watch it on GSN or WGN. My local Los Angeles independent affiliate KCAL airs it really late, so I seldom see it there.

Just to recap...

In the first episode, entitled "Zack's Birthday", the gang gets settled with their jobs while Carosi is quick to criticize their moves. Carosi's daughter Stacy, who flies in from the East Coast to assist her father in managing the club, becomes Zack's love interest but he has trouble getting her to like him. Meanwhile, Slater, Jessie, Kelly, and Lisa plan Zack's surprise party at the club for the middle of the night.

In the second episode, entitled "The Game", Zack wants to get a deal on Mr. Carosi's vintage Mustang, but the deal won't happen unless the gang wins a volleyball match against a snooty beach club up north. They recruit a tall guy to be the star player, but when his foot gets injured, the gang has to find a replacement...Stacy fills the spot.

In the third episode, entitled "Fourth Of July", the club prepares for the holiday celebration, which includes an obstacle course (which Lisa beats Slater at), tug-of-war, a relay race, and a Miss Liberty pageant. Carosi wants Judge Zack to vote for Stacy, but he chooses Kelly instead, so Carosi fires Zack. At the dance, Stacy tells her father it was unfair to rig the pageant, so she finds Zack alone on the beach and re-hires him.

In the fourth episode, entitled "Boss Lady", Carosi goes away for the day, so he leaves Stacy in charge. The gang has to figure out a way to hold two parties simultaneously, since Carosi accidentally double-booked the dining room.

In the fifth episode, entitled "My Boyfriend's Back", Stacy's boyfriend Craig from Boston drops by the club, leaving Zack in the cold (just as he and Stacy were getting close). Meanwhile, Zack, Kelly, Jessie, Slater, and Craig were competing in an ATV race (Slater had told Jessie that she couldn't drive one); Zack took the lead on the final lap, and Craig pushed him off course in order to "win." At the end, Stacy tells Zack that Craig tried to run her life the way she didn't want, and so she and Zack made up.

In the final episode, entitled, "The Last Weekend", Carosi forbids Stacy to go near Zack, after he finds the two of them making out in the employee lounge. Stacy got mad at her father because she wanted to continue seeing Zack. Ultimately, Stacy and Mr. Carosi reconcile in a "group photo". Meanwhile, the staff works on a sandcastle; after it's completed, Slater rescues a babe who is apparently his "secret admirer." That night, at the luau, Carosi compliments the staff on how wonderful they did during the summer. Zack and Stacy had to part because she had to leave and go back home to NY, so they shared one last kiss.

the books are really cute....but I am totally hooked on the cartoon. Even when Vaughn isn't in the room or doesn't want to watch it....I still do!  :D

People are still whining about Joran van der Sloot. It doesn't matter how much people think the kid did or didn't do anything; they have jack on him legally.

IMO, she met them at a club, it was 3 kind of exotic(to an Alabama girl anyway) guys, it was her senior trip in a foreign country, she figured she'd cut loose for a night. They probably went out to the beach to have sex, and during it something went wrong. she might have slipped, held her breath too long, they might have gotten too rough.. Bottomline though, it was partying-related accident. They probably disposed of her body in the ocean or something.

But, no theory means squat without any legally relevant evidence.

I love the whole show, but am more partial to the later shows.  I like Winchester better than Burns.  I just wanted to smack Burns silly.  Plus, Houlihan got so much more human in the later episodes. 

Loved Henry Blake and was bummed with the way they sent him out.

I was never a M*A*S*H fan....however, I recently heard a radio interview with Alan Alda...and I will say that he seems like such a nice, down to earth guy. He just recently wrote a book.

They were just examples, don't take it so literally. My point was IN MY OPINION, they were partying, and an unfortunate and fatal accident of some kind occurred. Where it went wrong, was they tried to cover up. And from the looks of it, they were succesful. The justice system doesn't convict based on what people "think" though, it convicts based on whether or not their is enough legally feasable evidence to convict that person. It doesn't matter if 99.9% of the people in the enitire world thinks someone is guilty, if its not legally provable, they should not be convicted.

Anyway, I just watched some local news on TV regarding a brush fire in the Santa Susana mountains, namely in the Simi Valley/Chatsworth area, near L.A. I was trying to see if train service would be delayed for tomorrow morning, but they said nothing about that.
