Gatorade is my alternative to soda. I've always heard that soda will make you slower and since I was having about a soda a day, I had to find something else to satisfy me.

I ate at Ryan's Steakhouse and now I can hardly breathe. I had a salad, spaghetti, steak, ribs, fruit, jello, rolls, fried okra, and icecream.  :P

Unless I am dying of thirst comparable to the thirst of the Mechanicsburg parade, I will never drink Gatorade again.

I've learned to accept the taste, and depending on what flavor you get its not that bad. Some of them can taste really watered down, but the    X Factor ones are usually pretty good, especially the berry and fruit punch.

Kansas City is famous for its barbecue, and I've been going on scouting missions to find the best (based on recommendations from  the locals). I think I may have just found a winner. I just got back from LC's BBQ, and right now I'm munching on a huge BBQ pork sandwich and some baked beans, and I think it may just be the best barbecue I've ever had. Yum!!! :)

My diet is predominantly fluff.. considering how little I actually do eat, it's not that big a deal, though. And I excercise like a freaking... well, something that excercises a lot. Maybe 80-110 minutes a day, on a bad day. A Good day might be 3-4 hours.
