I had Long John Silver's chicken/fish tonight...totally doused with malt vinegar...YUM! Now I am eating the coleslaw that went with it.

It wasn't a Porterhouse or anything, but she was making one for herself and threw one in the pan for me. And yeah, she's a great sister.

pan fried is probably one of my favorites and I have a steak cookbook that has a recipe for pan fry & broiled ribeye from Gibsons restaurant in Chicago and I've made that many times and it is always good.

yeah, that's the stuff, the rice porridge. My father-in-law, Mr Wong gave me the his recipe for a pot of the stuff and now I make it like a pro.

It's a chicken broth based soup, with those little tiny circle noodles, mini meatballs, spinach, carrots (and some variations call for chicken, or celery)....it's really good!

It's a chicken broth based soup, with those little tiny circle noodles, mini meatballs, spinach, carrots (and some variations call for chicken, or celery)....it's really good!
