Subject: Songs You Can't Live Without

I'm sure this one has been done before, but I am lazy to look, so why not start fresh! Are there songs out there that you love so much, you just can't live without them?

I could probably think of several. But where do I start?
I’m going to start with this catchy, somewhat obscure song from Kelly Clarkson:

Released in 1986, this is Caravan of Love by British indie rock group The Housemartins. It was a #1 hit in the UK and while it was not a hit in North America, I can tell you it was released as a single at least in Canada and I remember seeing the video on TV quite a bit. It's an acapella song, and while that might sound boring, it's actually quite brilliant and I've been a fan since I first saw the video for it all those decades ago!

Gino Vannelli is a singer from Quebec who is perhaps best known in the US for the 1978 hit I Just Wanna Stop, but in Canada, his signature song is the 1985 hit Black Cars. It peaked at #4 in Canada and #42 in the US and is a song that was part of the soundtrack of my youth. I've loved it since I was a child and it's still awesome today!
