"The Adventures of Pete & Pete" was the last truly great thing, whatever year that was. A classic.

I periodically watched it in the 1990s, when it showed really old programmes, but only if we were staying at a hotel, or if I was at the home of someone who had cable tv. During the 2000s they started phasing out pre-1980 shows, and that’s when it started to get boring.

I watched it for You Can't Do That On Television and Double Dare, those shows.

I've never seen Nickelodeon. I don't know if we ever had it in Canada. We have a channel called YTV that airs a lot of Nickelodeon shows, so I guess it would be our counterpart to Nickelodeon

I never watched any of Nickelodoeon's original programmes. Okay, except for Double Dare. But that's only because it was distributed to the Fox Broadcasting Company in the late 1980s (1988-1989), where I saw it. There was also a "Super Sloppy" variation that aired in 1989.
