Subject: Family Guy ripped off this show for Lois' voice?

I remember seeing a 70s cartoon called Hong Kong Phooey. To me it sounds like Lois from Family Guy sounds like Mary the telephone operator's voice from that show. Do you think it's possible FG's creators grew up watching HKP?:
