Most likely. People are already nostalgic for the 2000's YouTube, but I think modern YouTube will take longer to be considered nostalgic IMO.

Yeah alot of people are nostalgic for 2005-2008 youtube, there was a playlist of all the old youtube video between those videos most of them had the 009 sound system dreamscape.

Duh, easily. Early 2010s YouTube is definitely scheduled to be next.

Yeah. YouTube today has just as unique distinctive qualities you can see better than me, people will miss. Its really not to be surprised about.

My rule of thumb is if people can be nostalgic for Limp Bizkit, they can be nostalgic for anything.

I thought youtube was very modern in 2011 and people now are nostalgic for that time period.

It was still pre-Google plus Youtube. 2013 is probably the first year where Youtube really became more cooperate and less wacky like from 05-2012. Once 2013 came around that was when Youtube became more about subscribers and money than just making viral videos.

I dunno, maybe, everything is nostalgic these days. Apparently people decided to take 2009-2012 as the golden age of Youtube, so maybe not for a while.
Kind of weirds me out though, I made myself videos for a friend's channel in 2012 ;D

I doubt modern YouTube (as in post-Susan W. YouTube) would ever be considered as nostalgic since a lot of bad stuff happened within the website. Especially with the Adpocalypse and clickbait videos.
