That's a hard question to answer but I think that would've been his last concert cause he was about to retire after the age of 50 as he said in March of 2009.

Not much. He was barely relevant in the 2000s if not for the occasional scandal (like the balcony baby incident). He would be just an aging superstar that still plays concerts for playing on the nostalgia sake and putting unnoticed albums once in a while, just like Madonna is right now.

His face would have deteriorated further as well (that nose may have dropped off completely by now).  He could get by with the nostalgia touring (just like Madonna, The Eagles, Foreigner etc). However, his act was more energetic (more like Madonna's) and he would have had to keep very fit.  Probably would have had a Vegas residency gig...

I saw him in the early 90's and was not overly impressed by his show. His earlier hits were reduced to a medley. At least I knew he was singing live ... as he sounded out of breath (with all the dancing).

IMO with the passing of Prince in 2016, it may have forced Michael perhaps to pay a tribute to him. And after about six years of rest following a retirement, he may have felt recharged for an encore or two, and even release an album or occasional new single.

I believe his death made people hated him a lot less. Will we ever know 100% if he did those things, had too much of a liking for kids? No, we won't ever know. At least not for sure. But it was partly his fault for acting so suspicious a lot of the time.
But I believe Michael just lacked boundaries due to not having a normal social life. He was weird, I'll admit, but he was hated, partly, because
he was/still is, the number one man in music! I believe that his tour would have been a smash, had it gone on while he was alive. I'd say he has past Elvis in relevancy even!
