What do you feel are the best and worst eras or decades in fashion?
Best:
1) 1960-1967 (basically everything from the Mad Men look to the miniskirt mod look but hate the hippie crap)
2) 1975-1984 - a sleeker return to formality, mixed with awesome and wild punk, new wave and romantic fashions, also love the disco clothes.
Worst:
1) 1998-2001 - hated Y2K era fashion
2) 2015-present - the worst period ever

I love the colorful over the top look of 1960s fashion. To me the worst periods are the ones where fashion becomes more minimalistic and lack the crazy style.

There were no best or worst eras of fashion. Fashion was part of the social environment and reflects the time. Better ask how do the fashion of the past help us understand those times. What do they say about society, about class,about social relations. There are real, interesting topics here, but lets not get down into decadeology
