This is sort of like a reverse of the usual topic, which is typically what was the first game you got for your various gaming consoles.
This is a list of the last games that I got for each of my consoles, and the period when I got them.
NES: Super Mario Bros. 2; Christmas 1995
SNES: Donkey Kong Country 2; Christmas 1996
Genesis: NFL '98; July 1998
PlayStation: Final Fantasy Origins; March 2003
Nintendo 64: Mario Tennis; July 2001
PlayStation 2: NFL 2K2, Used; August 2008
Gamecube: Super Mario Sunshine, Used; January 2008
Xbox: Halo 2; Christmas 2004
PlayStation 3: NCAA Football 12; September 2012
Wii: Xenoblade Chronicles; Christmas 2012
Xbox 360: Halo 3; Christmas 2010

SNES: Donkey Kong Country 3
Nintendo 64: Mario Kart 64
We had a bunch of games for the Gamecube and Playstation 2. But I can't seem to remember the last game we got for each one.....oh well.

I can't remember the last game I got for my NES, Atari, Gameboy or the GBA.
For the Nintendo 64, it was Pokémon Stadium 2, which I bought in 2003. I had been playing the game since its release in 2001, but at my cousins's house (who lived on the next block), and we had a pact that we wouldn't buy a game that the other owns, but we'd share all our games (four parents, two times the games :D). It was only in 2003 I decided to get my own copy because they sold theirs.
For the Gamecube, it must have been Mario Party 7, which I bought in 2006.
For the Playstation 2, it was Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4, which I bought in 2009.
For the Xbox 360, it was Dragon Age 2, which I got in 2011.
For the Wii, it was Skyward Sword which I got in 2012.
For the Nintendo DS, it must have been either Pokémon Black 2 or Radiant Historia, both of which I got in 2012.
For the PS3, I bought it in 2014 and it came with a ton of games. I didn't buy any new games after that.
For the Nintendo 3DS, and I doubt this is my very last game for it, I got Pokémon Moon at the end of 2016.

PS1: Crash Bandicoot (Christmas 2014, bought online and arrived on Christmas)
PS2: Crash Twinsanity (2008?)
Wii: Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Christmas 2016)
Nintendo DSI: Lego Indiana Jones (August 2009)

PS1(Yes, I had one): Pepsi Man, which is one of the best games EVER :D.
PS2: Can't remember the exact name, something like Ford Off Road? It was in 2011.
PSP: Hannah Montana: Rock Out The Show (Not for me, so I'm not sure if it counts).
Nintendo DS: The Sims 2 DS.
Wii: Endless Ocean: Blue World (LOVED that game).
PS3: Watch Dogs, I think? I can't remember.
PS4: Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.
Nintendo Switch: Super Mario Odyssey.
