All I know is that Jimmy Carter was President of the United States when I was born, and Walter Mondale was the Vice President.
Not sure about who all was in the Cabinet at the time, though.
But I do know that Jerry Brown was in his first stint as Governor of California, and Tom Bradley was mayor of Los Angeles.

Based on the calendar....you was born September 16, 1980. So that means that the Cabinet members at the time of your birth was the same as the Cabinet members when Nally was born (July 11, 1980). So just look a couple posts above.
However, for the bonus info I need to know what state you're from.
