How do you know the intent wasn't there?  He was knowingly under the influence of alcohol and Razzle got killed as a result.  The courts said he wasn't guilty of Murder, but then again, the courts also said OJ Simpson was not guilty of murder either.

I can't say for certain, but I don't think that drunk driving is commonly used for premeditated killings, what with the high risk of the drivers also killing themselves and other people who are not their target. OJ had a clear motive to kill his ex-wife and had resentment for her leaving him, while it doesn't seem to me that Neil had any sort of grudge against Razzle of Hanoi Rocks, with whom he had been partying all that day and whose company he apparently enjoyed enough to invite him to drive to the liquor store with him. The most likely explanation for me is that he made a destructively stupid decision while drunk and did not want to kill the poor man he killed with his negligence.

Dino Bravo another of the classic WWF wrestler was found dead in his home from a gunshot wound to his chest.  He was thought to have been murdered by someone he knew but to this day, nearly 21 years later, they don't know who actually killed him?
