Subject: Do you like the earlier or later parts of decades?

I know it's different for everyone, but I'm starting to notice a pattern in my preferences for music, cars, clothes, lifestyle and general 'feel' - while (or perhaps, because) I like the late 50's (rock & roll), I prefer the early 60's to the late 60's. I'm not sure about the 70's as I like some things from the early 70's, but others from the second half. However I prefer the early 80's and the early 90's to their later parts. I also prefer the early 00's. I guess I was happier in the early 90's and the early 00's compared to their later parts. And I prefer cars, music and fashion from the early 80's more. So far I don't like the early 10's, however. Anyone noticing a similar pattern?

early 00's
I don't like as much:

late 60's
late 80's
late 90's
late 00's

The early 80s, is 1983 in the early 80s or mid eighties, or very late 70s, or very very very late 60s? And what's the middle day between Tuesday & Thursday?

I saw that thread, read the whole thing. Didn't know any of them, so I didn't reply to it. Maybe others here did not recognize them either...

Well let me think. All eras were different so I'd got with early 80s because it's closer.

1983 is mid eighties although it is close to being early eighties (but it's still mid)

How weird is this? You didn't like the late 90's but you liked the early 00's - or you didn't like the late 80's but you did like the early 90's???

No teen-pop wasn't as popular in 2001-2002 as it was 1999-2000. Thats the main difference.

I've never minded Wednesday. Now Tuesday is a different story entirely. But that's for another thread. I prefer the 5:00 pm and later range, since I usually work until 5:00 pm.

The Romney police have installed a high tech webcam in your room, for being in Utah and not voting for Rmoney. :D :D
Unfortunately the webcam is a major fail because it only works 47% of the time & when it does work, it focuses solely on "white" things, for other colours are not important to the Rmoney webcam. ::)
