I decided to post here cause they have been a part of every decade. Since Christmas is just about upon us, I thought I'd see what everybody's fav special is: cartoons, movies etc.
Tops in my book is "A Charlie Brown Christmas". It isn't Christmas til I've seen that one.
Others are:

Santa Claus is coming to town
A Wish for wings that work ( Too bad they don't show this one anymore )
Frosty the Snowman

I love A Year Without a Santa Claus. Also The Little Drummer Boy used to be one of my favorites, you just don't see it on T.V. very often anymore.
Actually, I like all of the Rankin-Bass Christmas Specials.
My favorite movie has to be It's a Wonderful Life.

~A Charlie Brown Christmas: I love the Peanuts Gang and make sure that i see this one every year!
~Home Alone: this is one of the greatest, funniest kids' xmas movies of all time (at least i think so)
~A Christmas Story: simply a classic

I have still never seen Home Alone, only because I have seen clips from the movie and it did not appeal to me.

it's hard to keep up with the plot once the movie's gotten started, i find.
actually, i started watching voyage to the planet of prehistoric women halfway through today, and i caught up just fine.
