I'll go first....
My mother:
"J save your money"... I can still hear her and I didn't listen to her much on this one, but I "think" I'll be OK to my end, started to save late, but at least I started. I'm not a spendtrift and don't buy stuff I don't need, and I need ZERO at this late date, but good health and my good food and supplements.....

Other sage advice was from an older woman who had been thru a divorce and when I was going thru mine decades ago, I thought I want to end it all....she said "no one is worth that"...I can still hear her. My life worked out very well as I did it on my own terms....not the control terms of a partner.....
No one else ever get sage advice????
