Some people in our society refuse to discuss certain topics because they fear are too much and awkward to talk about. But maybe we can discuss them here! If we talk about certain things with one another the subjects won't be so taboo anymore, and we will feel less uptight with each other! Whether it's awkward or just kinda strange let's discuss it here!

Dress pants. Are not made to be worn with flipflops. You wear them with flats or heels! ::)

Male babysitters. I feel like a lot of people just don't trust a random man being around kids.

I hate dressing in the fitting rooms at the fashion stores. The floors are always cold(ew) and when I go in the rooms always smell like feet...like a stale nachos smell... :P

I think it's both. It's a pet peeve and yet it is also taboo.

No it's NOT "taboo", it's just gross. "Taboo" means "forbidden". It's not forbidden for someone to walk into a smelly dressing room.

There's a saying: never discuss politics or religion, those are taboo, yet we discuss them both here all the time

With the trend of brick and mortar stores closing even before the pandemic, I guess people just order clothes and hope they fit, then ship them back if they don’t?
I think babysitters will come around. Ages ago it seemed taboo to have a male nurse or elementary school teacher.

It happens in any clothing store, Howard. Last one I went to was Rainbow Shops.
