Subject: The Mental Health Thread
Written By: JordanK1982 on 07/23/17 at 1:22 am
Inspired by some recent events, I've decided to start a mental health thread. Just a place for anyone who needs to talk and is feeling helpless and overwhelmed and in need of some support.

Just when I'm getting better, some people are getting worse. :\'( :\'(
Chester probably had huge issues from being um, traumatized, when he was younger sexually.
Second, Chester depression, not anxiety, like me. Personally, I believe depression is a lot worse. Because depression makes you feel 'blank', a feeling of nothingness. It's like this constant, consistent, gray cloud over your head. I know, because some medications I've took made me feel depressed, not because I have depression, myself.
So I have it easier, not harder, than other people.

This must be mentally exhausting or something....not sure. I daydream a lot! Lately not as much as before, but I still find myself fantasizing often. I'm guessing it's not a bad thing because I feel so rejuvenated when I wake up. It's like a massage for the mind!

There's nothing wrong with daydreaming, as long as it's not excessive, and it doesn't interfere with your daily life, or career. :)

I definitely can tell you that depression leaves you feeling worthless.

These days I ask myself what is making me so upset and where it came from?
