I loved her.  I loved her spirit, her fight, her wit, her wisdom, everything.  We hadn't talked in a long while, but she was such a unique person that she was always in the back of my mind.  I wish I had had the opportunity to meet her.  She was a beautiful person, inside and out, and I am just PISSED at the universe now that she was taken so young.

Ahhh...that sucks.  She was such a sweet woman.  I really liked her very much.  I've missed her from the boards and was wondering from time to time how she was doing.  RIP sweet girl, you have been taken from us way too early.

You think I spend my my time reading these just for fun?  Because (trust me :) judging from my track record, I sure as hell don't do it for the money.  Only lost two relatives to it so far.  There are millions of versions of it.  It's really really complicated, and that's just one type of cancer.

I only knew ThereSheGoes by her postings on this board.  She was funny, articulate, and knew her stuff.  I know of no words on the Internets to express higher praise.  Other than what Jessica said back there, which was my first reaction, too.

I am sadden to hear this news.

Isabel was active here when I first came aboard. I do remember her well... and wondered why she hadn't visited more. She was funny, feisty, and wouldn't take a backwards step. I always felt better just knowing she was logged on ... because anything could happen when ThereSheGoes was chatting. I just know she fought this insidious disease with everything she had. I'm deeply saddened by her loss.

I'm not very good about expressing emotions in these situations, but I do remember her thoughtfulness when I was diagnosed,  and I remember flirting with her a bit.  I'm very saddened that we lost her.

the news of Isabels passing hurts  :\'(  I'm gonna miss her. what a sweetheart she was and tough too! she could verbally fence with the best of them, and had depth, wisdom and insights beyond her youthful years. she was also very caring and thoughtful, as has been said by so many. I wish she hadn't gotten sick with that dreadful disease. anyways, I'm gonna miss her but will never forget her.

Isabel was one of those people who you could talk about anything to.  I appreciate her friendship and putting up with me.  One thing she always told me was to be myself because she admire people who were true to their convictions.
She and I also had an appreciation for sparkly things and Christmas lights.  I'm going to miss her dearly. :\'(

I haven't been here in awhile but I am sorry that she passed away. I just remember a few of her postings. She looked very young and looked like she had a lot of life ahead of her from the pics on this thread. She was taken away too soon.

There's something about losing a board member, like losing a friend or family, to be close in some ways to someone xxx miles away. I don't think I was posting here when she was active, I found this site in 05, but didn't know it had boards till much later. Stuff like this sill gets to me if only a little bit, to that pure innocent good side, burried, still clinging.
