Subject: Penn State - Should they have fired Joe Paterno?

I say yes. I also work in education, and as far as I'm concerned, the health and saftey of children is the absolute most important thing. I've heard a million different excuses for why this "isn't his fault" but at the end of the day, the University, (Joe included) had a responsibility to contact the proper authorities.
What do you guys think?

Yes....and the family should file a civil law suit against Penn state and name the president and paterno & anyone else involved
