Wow what a match that was, real edge of the seat stuff. Each gaining then losing match points, until a well deserved win for Nadal. It was the longest Wimbledon final in history, over 4 hours long. I confess I was rooting for him all the way.   

What a treat for the fans who were there live; it sure was edge of the seat.  Nadal deserved it though.  Federer already had 5 back to back wins; Let someone else have a chance

I went to bed at 2.00 am in the morning when they had a rain delay (had to wake up for work at 6.30 am). I really didn't expect Federer to fight back...Nadal seemed to have the mental edge on him at that point.

Roger lost the match in the first two sets really......he was very fragile mentally. I guess he might have to get used to being number two (or three) for a while.... It will be interetsing to see if he declines from here or gets a new resolve.

It was fantastic, i didn't expect the comeback at all, my eyes were like :D - i bet we won't see another match like that for a long time. Just amazing!

That's how I felt after the final Borg/McEnroe match at Wimbeldon in 1980.....Incredible stuff. :o

Now that was a good game, the best seen for a long while.

This was definitely one of the better matches I have seen.  Nadal just kept coming and coming.  I have to hand it to Federer for surviving the match points and remaining cool when he had to be.
