He's going to be released or traded, so that means the Cleveland Steamers (A.K.A.-The Indians) will be stuck in the cellar.
I think he should go to the Cubs because that will give the Cubs a World Series Win, a win that they were waiting for 100 years!

The Cubs shouldn't get anything.
C.C. will more than likely end up with a team that has a surplus of young talent to offer the Indians (something the Cubs haven't got with their win now strategy). Look for C.C to be a Philly or a Yankee after the all star break.
This will help the Indians. They've had some bad luck with injuries this year but by shedding C.C. for some top tier prospects and getting probable draft picks (or another trade) for Paul Byrd they should start the long rebuilding process.
