I'm still gonna cheer on my home town team (The Calgary Flames) because I think we may have some potential to win the cup this year.
With Iginla as Captain and Kipper in net = great hockey (if anything)

:(I always cheer for the Buffalo Sabres,I thought for sure last year was going to be the year they win the cup..well we all knew how that ended.

I'm not a Hockey person since the lockout, but I heard the Blue Jackets may finally get into the playoffs this year.

Oh yeah, hockey is still being played...I couldn't tell because the NHL decided to put games on a channel NOBODY watches.
