Subject: Women at Wimbledon

Note: Justine Henin-Hardenne and Kim Clijsters are both out due to injuries. And now Elena Demetieva has already been eliminated.
Update: Venus and Martina are also out.
My choice: Serena

I'd thought for sure you'd pick Martina. ;)

I actually can't stand that Martina, now Martina Hingis is the one I'd root for if she still played :)

Congratulations to the beautiful and talented Maria Sharapova in winning her first Slam. Now let the faux marriage proposals begin. :D

I'll second that Indy, she's just great to watch.
Beautiful, certainly, but also an elegant mover with a fantastic backhand and an amazing mental toughness.
I'd say that a "crossover" world sports superstar is born.

She's got Kournikovas beauty and Chris Evert's toughness :)
