Subject: Rate these female R&B/Soul singers

Thanks to YouTube, I could discover many female R&B singers whose heydey was the '80s (with some continuing into the 90's and beginning in the late '70s). But I would like for you to rate these artists on a scale from 1 to 10 (10 being the best)

This may take a little time if you're unfamiliar with most of them, but listen on Youtube to some of their songs and see for yourself. It shows you that singers really had talent back then.

Sheila E. 8/10 (for her style mainly and of course for Glamorous Life)
Karyn White 10/10 (mainly for her Ritual of Love album)
Pebbles 8/10 (mainly for Affairs of the Heart)
Tracie Spencer 6/10 (only know her for This House)
I only know Regina Belle for her duets. Sade is alright for her big hits, but don't know much besides them.

I only know about 5 or 6 people on the list. I only like 1 Sade song and 1 Stephanie Mills song. :-\\
