I'll second that on Prague. Cheap beer, cheap accomodation, cheap women Cheap beer. ;D
I notice Amsterdam hasn't been included, it's a great city, a definate candidate for a 5.

I would've dismissed Prague, since it's not usually classified as a major international city. But Amsterdam is one that I should've included, along with Stockholm, Caracus (Venezuela), Copenhagan, Oslo, St. Petersburg (Russia), or Helsinki.

I've not been since '92, but I'll wager it's a bit pricier now...!
I don't remember too much of the cheap accommodation and women - I was mostly out of my face with the cheap beer (something like a shilling a gallon!)

Oh, I've had some 'interesting' times there...!!

I met two dutchmen in greece and they invited me to stay with them in Amsterdam, so being up for a good laugh me and a couple of mates went over.
I can't recall paying for a drink the entire time we were there, actually, i can't recall much of anything, Jolly good trip.
