Everybody's entitled to their own opinion.
Atleast Deborah Gibson had talent & now has a successful career in theatre instead of dangling babies or having "wardrobe malfunctions". (I happen to like some of her material)

"If I Ain't Got You" (Alicia Keys) Like one of the biggest hits of 2004 and an excellent song
"Broken" (Seether & Amy Lee) Amy Lee does it again, excellent
"Dip It Low" (Christina Milian) Good song
"All Falls Down" (Kanye West) I used to play this over and over again in Spring 04, still kinda do actually
"Meant To Live" (Switchfoot) I remember this getting a lot of airplay, it's a good song as well
"The Reason" (Hoobastank) It's decent

"My Immortal"(Evanescence, late 2003) 4- I actually like this song, really, despite it's over-play.
"Turn Me On"(Kevin Lyttle) 1- Awful song, and his voice made me want to punch a baby.
"1985"(Bowling For Soup) 1- Awful song, over-played, over-rated, not that funny. Also, it was about the 80s, the worst thing to happen to culture since the 70s.
"Burn"(Usher) 3- Catchy, decent, but not my boat, really.
"Everytime"(Britney Spears) 2- Thing song was.. really upsetting, for some reason.. for, like, everyone in my family.. none of us could get through it.
"My Happy Ending"(Avril Lavigne) 1- Not a big fan of Avril, she seems to plagarize a lot of artists musically.
"With You"(Jessica Simpson) 1- bugged me a lot.
"American Idiot"(Green Day) I can't possibly rate this low enough. This is one of the single worst songs I have ever heard. The vocals are annoying, it's not catchy at all, the guitar is boring, it was over-rated, everyone sang it all the time, and insisted on imitating the nasally vocals... awful in every way.
"Let's Get It Started"(Black Eyed Peas) 2- Not bad, but this was the beginning of the Black-Eyed Peas entering the awful, awful, awful era of "My Humps" and "Pump It".
"Ch-Check It Out"(Beastie Boys) 2- I'm not a fan of The Beastie Boys.
"Somebody Told Me"(Killers) 4- I'm a huge fan of this album, but this is nowhere near the best track.
"Ocean Avenue"(Yellowcard) 1- I HATE Yellowcard. This song was okay the first time I heard it, but then I realized it was basically three things I hate: Simple Plan (sounds just like them), teenage a--holes playing electric guitar, and surfers... not a good combo.
"F**k It(I Don't Want You Back)" 3- This was okay, but the girl's sequel pissed me off, cause it essentially said cheating was acceptable if the guy was a bad lay.
