Last week,I got The Best of Skyy and they put out some heavy funk during the early 80's.Here are some songs and see if you can recognize most of them:

Here's To You
Can't Get Enough
No Music
Easy
Let's Celebrate
Call Me
Girl In Blue
Let Love Shine
Freak Outta
Show Me The Way
High

That's basically it.I definitely recommend this CD.pure party FUNK at their best. ;D

I basically only remember 'Let's Celebrate' out of this list, Howard...a friend of mine did have several of their albums, all horribly expensive US imports...he was into that sort of thing at the time! Whether he's still got 'em, I couldn't say...I daresay he couldn't either!

The group had to be re-named 'New York Skyy' over here, due to a band having use of the name 'Sky' at the time - not that you'd get their styles of music confused!

Glad you enjoyed the CD tho'...
