Bob Dylan I like his singing style, but his voice leaves something to be desired. :-/ 2.5
Bruce Springsteen I was never all that impressed with the Boss's voice. 3

Tom waits has the greatest voice! I'm not a big fan of his music (though i do like 'the piano has been drinking') but he has got an amazing voice.

Britney Spears 0 and I'd like to add that Christina Aguilera's Voice is horrible too . I don't care what anyone else thinks. Thier screeching voices are annoying.
