Subject: Rate our President
Rate President Bush from 1 to 10. Please say why you rated him that and tell us if your opinion of him has changed over the course of his first term.

hes been doing a good job, but I could say that if I were him, Id care a little more about my publicity.

I have a very strong loathing for our current president. I set the parameters so I can't say something silly like negative eleventy-billion. My opinion of him actually has changed. First, I hated him. After 9/11, I thought he suddenly became a leader. Now that we have raging unemployment, debt, and war, I've changed my opinion slightly.
I'm not happy with him. He makes me ashamed to be from Texas... and I'm from Pennsylvania! ;D

LOL!!!
My opinion is similar.
I'm not big into politics or anything, but the awful realities of soldiers still dying in a war that was supposed to have been over, intense deficit, unemployment, great numbers of people continually becoming medically uninsured, rising poverty,...
The U.S. president doesn't have his priorities straight.
I agree with the fact that he must finish what he started over there and achieve a democracy, for if not our soldiers will continuosly die in vain.
But he should also take care of business at home and take care of the people in his country.
Subject: Re: Rate our President
Oh, and I'll rate him a 2. That's the highest rating I can honestly give him at this time.
Subject: Re: Rate our President
Yeah, I forgot that too. I give him a 1.
Subject: Re: Rate our President
2, he doesn't seem to be much good.
I'm only giving him 2 as I have to give Blair a 1, the reason: Blair seems to know what he's doing :-/

Really?
I wish he'd hurry up and tell us then...
Subject: Re: Rate our President
Theres sooo many goddamn jokes about the supposed Blair-Bush affair..ohh...but i won't go there. Hey i'm English(i use this as opposed to British..try not to offend the Irish/Scottish/Welsh)..and yes everything that is said about this country is..in some respects true. I'm rambling again (or raspin') George Bush...well lets just say, what would it like be if the other bloke (Al Gore was it?) was president???
Subject: Re: Rate our President
Being a decent family man I'd rate him a 9....as for in office at least he took action when the WTC was attacked, un-like the "man" he took over for...for THAT I give him an 8...so combined...8.5 (My apologies to all the Bush-haters :-/
Subject: Re: Rate our President
His poll numbers are now at 50%. I think they'll go down even further once the Dems get it in gear. (don't laugh!)
Subject: Re: Rate our President
His popularity is definitely decreasing. He will not win re-election. Yes, I'm psychic. ;D

Subject: Re: Rate our President
I cannot rate him politically, for obvious reasons....
But on his recent whistle stop tour to Aus, he stated the following in Parliament (verbatim) :
Prime Minister John Howard is a leader of exceptional courage
For that he gets a ten out of ten....for humour ! We are STILL laughing :D ;)
Subject: Re: Rate our President
If one is the lowest I can go, then 1. I haven't liked him since the day he took office.
Did you know, that when he was asked what his favorite and most preferred source of energy (ex. wind, water, solar, oil, etc) he said coal. COAL! The most polutting source of energy. That in itself says he has issues.
And, there IS the Twenty Year Theory... question is... did Ronald Reagon break it when he lived after being shot? (if you even belive in it. Which, it is a little bit spooky.)
I mean, Bush DID choke on a pretzel...
Could you imagine the headlines if it had killed him?
Bush Dies Choking On Snack Food
Pretzel Believed To Have Been Made By Terrorists
But, will he get re-elected? (I know I'm not voting for him. Even if the only other choice is Richard Simmons... not that he's running for office. At least, I hope he isn't.)

I'm Canadian so I shouldn't really make any judgements, but what I've seen and heard, he sounds like a brick-head! He has no idea what he's doing, and my guess for why he's making all those decisions on Iraq is because he's putting on this facade of a busy man of power!

No, please, judge away. Chances are you won't be wrong.
Ever notice how much Bush looks like a chimp? Seriously, just look at the shape of his face... very chimpish in my opinion.

I should take a look next time I ever spot him in the paper or on television. I have noticed that he walks as if he's got a hanger stuck in his suit!
