It was that one I was telling you about on AOL that one day... ummm... it was a couple of months ago... the one where he's in the white room? I remember telling you about it, how I finally discovered what song it was and how I hadn't heard it since like 1993... uh, yeah... it's on Launch.com, I believe.

2. 'What's the frequency, Kenneth?' - REM - 8/10, great start, rest of song fails to live up to it.....
3. 'We have all the time in the world' (re-issue) - Louie Armstrong - 5/10 Lovely song, but have never been keen on Louis' voice
4. 'Zombie' - The Cranberries - 7/10, I like Dolores' Irish accent.
5. 'The most beautiful girl in the world' - Prince/Symbol - 5/10, ok, but a bit sickly
6. 'The sign' - Ace of Base - 7/10, more nondescript than their other hits
7. 'I swear' - All-4-One - 7/10, ok, but fairly typical of the song style at that time
8. 'Shine' - Aswad - 8/10, I like the jazzy little rap!
9. '7 seconds' - Youssou N'Dour (feat. Neneh Cherry) n- 7/10. quite atmospheric tune
10. 'Baby I love your way' - Big Mountain - 7/10, same comment as for 'I Swear'

Perhaps I should have included Stay by Lisa Loeb.
I was trying to include as many tracks that were successful in the UK and the US so that more people could rate rather than ???. I wasn't sure whether many people had heard the Eternal song.
As for True Faith, I didn't include it because it was a hit for the band in 1987.

These songs bring back so many memories! I remember the days of when VH1 actually played videos...every weekend I'd watch the Top 20 Countdown. Those were the days. These rating surveys are making me feel old, and I'm only 20!! :)
