That's a good guess, but It's not Lou Gehrig. This guy was a pitcher and came along before Lou Gehrig did.

Many, many, MANY moons ago, my first husband & I used to go to this sport bar. In the ladies room was a GIANT poster of Jim in his underwear. All the women used to joke that the men didn't know why we took so long in there-as we were ADMIRING the decor. :D :D ;D ;D ;D ;D

So, for my next baseball quiz, I'll have all the athletes dressed like this below, with their face blacked out, and you have to guess the athlete.

thought so. it's been a long time but I did some research on the 3000 strikeout club. First Canadian to enter the Hall of Fame, if I recall. :)

#22 was known as the "Right-handed' Babe Ruth.
