#13 is 'Hot Child in the City' by Nick Gilder
and just for the heck of it, here's a little bit of trivia: Nick Gilder is the only Canadian artist in history to have a #1 hit in Canada as a lead singer of a band (Roxy Roller - Sweeney Todd, 1976), as a solo artist (Hot Child in the City, 1978) and as a songwriter (The Warrior - Scandal featuring Patty Smyth, 1984)
