Let's see if I can get another three...
Germany
#4: a wild guess...is it Bad Boys Blue? ???
Italy
#1: I'm pretty sure it's Cappella, but all their songs sound the same... :-\\
Netherlands
#6: 2 Unlimited - Tribal Dance
New Zealand
#2: Tim Finn - Through the Years

Corect on the last two. Italy #1 isn't Cappella, but the artist does begin with a C
Gernamy #4 isn't Bad Boys Blue, but here's a hint. It's a song by an artist that you've used in one of your quizzes
Both songs are double talk

Those hints don't help me much. I honestly thought it was Cappella. :-\\ And I've used quite a lot of artists in my quizzes...
Guess I'll have to wait for other hints to come out.
So instead...I'll answer Netherlands, #8: Ferry Corsten - Rock Your Body (Rock)

I've been listening to this clipping over and over again...and finally I think I know who it is. Lou Bega. It's not Mambo Nr 5, and the only other song I can think of is I Got a Girl. Not sure if that's the one, though. :-\\

AUSTRALIA #5 | Having recently passed away, this singer was originally best known almost everywhere but hte US for his 60s hit 'Over the Rainbow'. In the US, he was best known for the 1979 hit 'Children of the Sun'. This song in question was a hit for him in late 1980
Billy Thorpe, but I can't name another song of his
ENGLAND #2 | An underground group who had a Rendez-Vu with Romeo. The song in question was originally released from their 2001 album 'Rooty', but re-charted from their Greatest Hits album in 2005. In America, it could be heard in commercials for hair products
Must be Basement Jaxx but I can't think which song
GERMANY #4 | From Lou Bega. The follow-up to his smash 'Mambo No. 5'
Tricky, Tricky?
GERMANY 10 | This group doesn't believe in a thing called love, but they share a similar name. If you fall a sleep, the song title might come to you
Darkness?
ITALY #1 | A 1995 double talk hit from this "Rhythm of the Night" singer. US #57 and UK #5 in 1995
Corona?
SCOTLAND #5 | Once again, that group that Jesus likes. This was their last ever Hot 100 hit in the USA
Nazareth. Is the song "Holiday?"

NORWAY #2 | A hit in 1989. It reached US #39 and UK #43. Petula Clark also has a (different) song with this same title
Is it called "Downtown?"

Is it Where's Your Head At? :-\\
GERMANY #8 | Former collaborator with Twenty4Seven, and despite their name, they are not from California. This 1993 hit gave them a Top 40 smash in the USA. May I have another?
You know...I knew it was Captain Hollywood Project, and I knew it was More and More. Thing is, the guy's not German, according to my information. ???
ITALY #1 | A 1995 double talk hit from Corona. US #57 and UK #5 in 1995
Must be Baby Baby then.
NETHERLANDS #2 | I've used this song in quizzes before. It bubbled under the Billboard Chart at US #109, but it sailed into the Canadian Top 20
Hansie - Automobile (again).
NORWAY #2 | A hit in 1989. It reached US #39 and UK #43. The group has a number in their name
I'm assuming this is the illustrious I 2 I ? Don't know any of their songs, though.

Captain Hollywood (aka Tony Harrison) is not German, but he apparently formed the Captain Hollywood Project in Germany, which is where they began their success
