It is "Whisper to A Scream (Birds Fly)", same as the US, but here's where it gets confusing. In the song, there is a spoken female intro which appears in the UK and Canada release, but it doesn't appear in the US release

I figured i'd put the Arrow version first cause it was more well-known internationally. Apparently it never charted in the States

The only one I know by name is Henry Paul.
31 | This song never charted in the US Hot 100. It was very popular overseas. The group is so rare, I might have to say it twice
The only other version I know of that song is by Blue Lagoon, but this obviously isn't. It might have been popular overseas, it sure wasn't here...
32 | This was the only US and Canada hit for James Last. It charted in 1980
I know he had only one hit in US/Canada, but I can't think of the title.
49 | A hit in 1986 for Nacht Und Nebel. No idea where else this song charted
Belgium, I guess...but I'm not even sure about that. :-\\

The only one I know by name is Henry Paul.
31 | This song never charted in the US Hot 100. It was very popular overseas. The group is so rare, I might have to say it twice
The only other version I know of that song is by Blue Lagoon, but this obviously isn't. It might have been popular overseas, it sure wasn't here...

I know he had only one hit in US/Canada, but I can't think of the title.
