I think I made this quiz too easy! But then again, when you're half hammered it's best to sing easy songs.
Mooster
All correct. Ol'55 certainly did Looking for an Echo, on the album Take it Greasy, but were they the originators? I really don't know.
Maddog
Yep, I'll give you both of those.
Gaylon
You too, a clean sweep
Loki 13
Absolutely right on all counts
Kairi
I'll give you one. Maddog beat you to Number 8
Zella
Both right
Odyssey
Yes, well done.

Hi there...
#19. 'I Wanna Go Home' (aka 'The Wreck Of he John B') - which has been recorded by so many artists that I'm hesitant to name one!
Okay, Lonnie Donegan (but that may not be who you have in mind!)
Of course, the words were swapped around a bit to become 'Sloop John B' - The Beach Boys
#26. '(Marie's The Name Of) His Latest Flame' - Elvis Presley
One of his better post-army efforts...
#36. 'Flowers On The Wall' - Statler Brothers

Fuss Budget
Three good answers
Paul
All correct. In fact, the Lonnie Donegan version was the one we used to sing around the fire, so you've even got that right!

Gaylon,
I'll give you that. The original was Crossroad Blues by the great Robert Johnson, but I don't mind Cream's adaptation at all.
