All in ABC order, covering films from the last 20 years(give or take). All I need is the title, but if you want to toss in the character who spoke the line, be my guest. BTW, "A"'s and "The"'s don't count. For an extra clue, I'm adding the first name of the actor who spoke the line. It might help!

Working backwards through the alphabet and from the clue in the quote, I guess that #23 must be "Wall Street" but I've never actually seen this film. A wild guess on #13 - (The) Karate Kid??
