Okay, here's a confession from me to you. My husband tells me I have what he calls the "Larson" gene. As far as he's concerned, my brain is a sponge for absolutely useless trivia, especially when it comes to movies/TV/music. My dad, of course, is the source of this power/curse. The only vivid memories I have of him when I was a kid is of sitting and watching TV and renting movies. One summer, I sware I rented every single horror flick at the local video shop. Whenever anybody has a question about these topics, Trent (my hubby) just shrugs his shoulders and says with a grin "Ask her...she knows everything about that junk." Ugh. Yup, I think it's a curse. :-[
If I remember right, that last quote was from "Grumpier Old Men." I know I just about fell out my seat when I first heard that one!
On that note, it's finally time for bed. Looking forward to another round at this one... :)

Not to bust in on your confession, but hubby says the same thing about me. He can remember the slightest detail about sports, but when it comes to movies/TV/music, he always turns to me for the answer. ;)
I'm the same way! My dad used to get the TV Guide, but he would never use it. Whenever he wanted to know what was on, he'd just ask me. My head if full of all this nonsense TV and movie trivia stuff. I'll never know quantum physics, but I could quote just about every episode of The Brady Bunch. ;D
