The question is what are you smokin' today ;-)
You should be able to get the last two, if you think about it. After all, in a way you already have...

Well....;)
I'd love to be smoking at work but the boss says the bubbling distracts my cow-workers :P
I'll have another go at the last 2 (while you bounce back to the other thread we appear to dominating)
Subject: Re: Eponymous Expurgations
Sneaky
9 is also Rainbow, from Catch the rainbow (the other was rainbow rising)
So...it follows that 6 is........
Subject: Re: Eponymous Expurgations
Even more sneaky...
9 is also rainbow but the track isn't eponymous! (Kill the king)
It threw me at first because the first time the lyrics appear in the song, the word wind is used instead of rainbow!

It is eponymous in that it's the name of the band, even though it doesn't appear in the song title...
Going to have a stab at 6, then?
Phil
Subject: Re: Eponymous Expurgations
hmm, looks like I got the numbers confused
To clarify....
6 Rainbow (Kill the king)
9 Rainbow (Catch the rainbow)

Hey, I missed this post. Yes, 6 is "Rainbow", too - from "Kill The King" on the Long Live Rock and Roll album; Rainbow Rising was from the album of the same name and Catch the Rainbow was from er... hold on a sec... "Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow"
It's always amused me that Dio seems to love rainbows so much ;-)
Phil
Subject: Re: Eponymous Expurgations
Yep, I prefer 'rising' myself. I have a couple of Dio albums but they're a bit 'average', although I like the 'Dio' Black Sabbath album (Heaven & Hell) - He does get around a bit.
Sorry I hogged your quiz BTW ;)
