2. Think they're from Equador
3. It comes primarily from sheep
4. November is correct
5. ox, pony, and/or squirrel

8. Depends... male or female? Males are pale red, like a rose or a blush with some darker red mixed in. Females are brown and white (which is rather common amoung female birds)
