Well, I only know two songs from 1976 and neither of them are on there! :( 8 & 9 are vaguely familiar, tho'.

#8. Okay, I knew it was Aerosmith, so I had to go dig out my cassette of Rocks (hasn't been played in 20 years) and look thru the songs. It's "Last Child." And I think it says: "Ma, she's a cookin', not my.... :D

Thanks Zella...I had a hard time hearing Steven Tylers words through all of the Snap, Crackle & Pop of my record ;)

#5 is "Moonlight Feels Right" by Starbuck, which is an Atlanta group but they sang about Baltimore. That's just as ludicrous as a San Francisco group singing about Boston…

Hello
# 1 is "Year Of The Cat" by Al Stewart
(Sorry Cat Lover if you're reading this, that probably got you prematurely excited.....)
and Number 6 is driving me insane - I can hear HOW it's sung, but I can't get the rest of the song to follow >:(
These are hard ! Not like mine....... :(

Hello Mr. VanPelt!
You are correct with Al Stewart...a great song, btw..and now you all can understand how I hurt MY head trying to solve Zellas Lyric Quizzes!
Subject: Re: 1976 Lyrics Quiz
How ironic that I find a lyrics quiz I could master, and the only one that I know from this group has already been answered. >:(
BTW, I think #7 is "Kiss and Say Goodbye" by the Manhattans, but I don't believe that's your style of music, RnR! ;)
