I have no idea what this is... but it's in my car. What's your interpretation?

I haven't got any strange photos right now but I do have an explanation for yours.
I guess since I have 2 carseats I know that it's a diagram of how to anchor the seat down...there must be a hook on the back of the seat.

Ok.. I'm twisted.. but initially, what popped in my head, is Be sure to have the anchor securely attached to the crying baby before plunging off the end of the pier!
