Sooo, I forgot to enter the July round...won't forget this time.
However, I only wrote three parodies this month. One of which for the NIN Artistry round, and two about Miley Cyrus. I should pick the one that is based on a true story.

That's nowhere near my record (that was last August with 16), but still, impressive for my normal output of 4-5 a month. Sorry folks but I got nothing new done and submitted in August so I'm gonna have to sit this month out (might pop in to vote though). I really have been dealing with writer's block this summer, the one about it submitted for the previous round was actually already written up to more than 75% back after I came out of a previous such block, I think it was like two winters ago.
However I do have two new ones up to about that level now, so if I can only come up with something even remotely funny for the filler lines I'll be back in action next time, if this comp is still alive by then (but with five entrants already I hope it has passed its lowest point now).
