Round 6 was 2005-2010... I double checked. Apparently this contest is going to have 11 rounds because another 5 years have crept up on me since I originally began the first one of these.

Ohhh...I didn't see the 2000-2005 that you'd written...I just saw the 2000-2009 on the picture.  Basically I'm an idiot... ;)

I'm just gonna leave that there.

First: my parody shall be "Love To Hate You" about Belligerent Sexual Tension, something like that, to the tune of "Like I Love You".

Second: thanks to Foo Bar, my brainstorming lead me to want to write a parody of Cry Me A River called Friendship Is Magic. Just because, I guess.

Surprisingly, I only have one song from the early 2000's about relationships...and it's not all that great. Looks like I'll be writing this weekend.

Always always always down to the wire with me, I know.  I'm determined to finish mine today and submit by tonight...but it's harder than I thought it would be.  I can't believe I have a million relationship parodies, but none that fall into the right timeframe, that I could fall back on if I fail.  Sigh.

The pressure's on, right?  Haha.

Is an extension possible...I'll need till Tuesday to work on the parody, if that's ok?

Better yet, things are up in the air for me right now and lots of things going on in my life...even if I request a possible extension, if I can't come up with anything on time, there's a chance I may have to decline from this round.
