This is a tricky round, its the American Idol round, what does this mean?  You may parody any NON COVER song by any artist who has competed in American Idol . . . this is significant because most rounds-covers are ok, but NOT IN THIS ROUND, because the artists do many covers throughout their competition, thus allowing covers would essentially allow just about anything to be parodied if you put an idol in its place.  Here are some hits from American Idol alum

**Please Note the above are all songs I found by any Idol finalists that made the BILLBOARD hot 100, this is not to say that there aren't a myriad of other choices.  Season 9 is curiously missing here, why?  Because none of the contestants have made the hot 100 yet from that year (though it looks as if Crystal Bowersox may change that)  Scotty McCreery is the only season 10 contestant listed thus far, but most albums from season 10 are coming out closer to Christmas, already ahead of schedule actually making the hot 100 is an accomplishment considering his debut album isn't out yet, and if you included covers, 4 contestants actually have already made the top 100 billboard charts, then it would seem season 9 was just not a strong season. . .note also that winning isn't really important, several of the more successful idols, Daughtry, Picklier, Lambert and Hudson, did not win their respective seasons and only one made the finals of those. . .but above is a good starter list. . .again you aren't stuck with these choices, but there's quite a bit to choose from above.

Huzzah! Now to choose a song...choosing an artist is easy. I have to go with Guy Sebastian, I mean the guy used to be a music teacher at my school, for cryin' out loud! Not that I expect that to be obvious, but I'm just pointing it out.
